Our Consultants
The Small Business Development Center at Indian River State College staff is comprised of dedicated professionals, each with unique credentials and past experiences that make them well qualified to assist you with your general and specialized business needs. Most consultants have operated their own small business and have advanced business degrees. They are also required to regularly participate in professional development activities. Consultants draw from their educational and business experience to provide practical, relevant advice. The consultant's job is one of guidance and education to help business owners identify the challenges they face and the solutions to overcome them. During the initial assessment process, your consultant will help you determine what kind of assistance you need.
In addition to our full-time professional staff, we are able to call on the talents of higher education faculty, business professionals, community and government leaders, retired executives, advanced business students, research assistants, and other knowledgeable individuals who are happy to share their expertise and insights with you.
We recognize that no two businesses are alike. We look forward to building a trusting, one-on-one relationship with you and developing a customized course of action to help you achieve your personal and professional business goals.
