The 2010 Update Is Now Available!!!!
This course is designed to introduce students to basic computer accounting terminology and the functions of the New 2010 QuickBooks Accounting Software. The course is a hands-on course that includes a class project. The class is an entry-level course requiring very little previous experience with the QuickBooks Accounting software. Basic computer operations knowledge and basic business bookkeeping terminology will be helpful.
INSTRUCTOR:
Karen Capelli, adjunct professor at IRSC's Accounting Department, received BBA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. Karen has been employed in public accounting for over 10 years and began using QuickBooks Accounting Software in 1998 (proficient in QuickBooks Premier and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions versions). Ms. Capelli is certified as a QuickBooks Professional Advisor.
